Hi. My name is Natalie. I live for words, am quick to report, and love breathing life into seemingly boring copy.
As a professional freelance copywriter, editor and proofreader, I have 10 years of industry experience and a Media and Communications degree from Monash University.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients such as Cosmopolitan Magazine, Monash University, La Trobe University, NineMSN, and the Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA).
Writing background
My writing career started in print. I worked at the National Magazine Company, London, article writing for a range of titles including Cosmopolitan Magazine and Prima Magazine.
After returning to Australia, I continued my passion for print as Advertising Manager at Pepper Publishing. I developed incredibly strong marketing experience, and became attuned to writing advertising and promotional copy for many businesses.
I also played the role of editor and contributor for several Melbourne-based magazines and websites. During this time, I quickly generated a wealth of experience working with digital media.
With experience spanning marketing, print, and digital, these skills all that have contributed to my success as a web content writer and guru, and effective copywriter.
